Since moving into Lakeside at 121 community as one of the first tenants my experience has been a continued enjoyment of the ever growing improvements to the amenities that are part of living at Lakeside. The management and staff of the community are dedicated and resolved to ensuring that our homes and environment is suited to ease of living, new and exciting programs, social gatherings and networking opportunities to meet and introduce the community with each other.

The people I have met that reside at Lakeside have been a variety of people from small families to young urban professionals and even some retirees that continue to enrich the area with friendly people. The impact has been one of caring from the ownership group, office and management people and also residents which makes calling Lakeside at 121 a great place to call home.

Living here at Lakeside at 121 has been wonderful and perfect. Before I found these apartments I visited so many, and all shared similar characteristics such as built more than 10 years ago, too many units in complex and ugly facilities among others. Here at lakeside you feel at home. The distribution of the buildings along the complex is perfect, with a lot of parking space to choose from. The apartments have great insulation, letting you forget you live in an apartment. Also the modern appliances are great for the 21 century we live in. The staff is great, and very friendly. The pool, gym, pool table, and business center are just perfect for the complex. Overall this is a great apartment complex that will make you feel at home. The best part is that they were finished in 2008, making them brand new!!!

I first visited Lakeside back in November of 2008, impressed by the professionalism of its staff not to mention all of the great amenities of the property, I soon became a resident. One of the things that impressed me most about the property was the interior amenities that came with the apartments. Unlike other apartment communities, Lakeside includes several of the same high end upgrades that you will find in custom homes while still making it affordable to live here.

Being a new property, I expected that they would go through a few growing pains with having to hire additional office and maintenance personnel to meet the needs of a growing community. They haven’t missed a beat yet! In fact, the one maintenance request that I have had since moving in was taken care of within twenty-four hours and followed up with a phone call by the manager to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had been done.

Some of the other benefits that I have encountered while living at Lakeside include access to an onsite carwash bay, Puppy Park and wash area, manned front gate, workout facility and the complementary gourmet coffee bar in the club house. Lakeside has also recently implemented a concierge program that includes a variety of benefits that have made my busy schedule easier with a dedicated travel agent. They even offer a PADI certification class for those interested in learning how to scuba dive.

Overall, I have been tremendously impressed with Lakeside, its staff and all of the internal and external amenities that they offer. I especially like the concierge program and the time it saves me. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle and expects quality from the community that they live in at a reasonable price.
